Micro-SIM Adapter Usaged & Liability Advice

We produce the micro-SIM-adapter according to our pending patent. The micro-SIMadapter can be used in all mobile handsets that have been constructed in accordance to the use of this adapter (particularly in respect of their standard size).

We cannot check the compatibility of our micro-SIM- adapter with all and every handset marketed so far nor with the handsets still to be marketed.

We therefore advise all our partners to test if our micro-SIM- adapter will work without restriction in the mobile handsets they offer to their customers.

We will assume no liability if the use of our standard and faultless produced micro-SIM-adapter causes any damages at handsets.

Verwendungs- und Haftungshinweis für Micro-SIM Adapter

Die von uns vertriebenen micro-SIM-Adapter sind entsprechend unserem eingereichten Patent hergestellt worden. Sie sind demgemäß grundsätzlich für die Verwendung in Mobiltelefonen geeignet, bei deren Herstellung die Vorgaben für den Einsatz der Adapter, insbesondere deren standardmäßigen Maße, beachtet wurden.

Wir sind allerdings nicht in der Lage, eine Überprüfung aller auf dem Markt befindlichen oder noch auf den Markt gelangenden Mobiltelefone im Hinblick auf deren Kompatibilität mit den von uns vertriebenen micro-SIM-Adaptern vorzunehmen.

Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir jedem Vertragspartner, die seinen Kunden angebotenen Mobiltelefone daraufhin zu testen, ob sie uneingeschränkt zum Einsatz mit dem von uns vertriebenen micro-SIM-Adapter geeignet sind.

Eine Haftung für den Fall, dass der Einsatz von standardmäßigen und mängelfrei hergestellten micro-SIM-Adaptern beim bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz in Mobiltelefonen zu Schäden führt, wird von uns nicht übernommen.
