Cards can be manufactured from cardboard, PVC, ABS, PET or any other single material with a thickness of 0.5mm to 0.8mm.

■Cairon uses inkjet-personalisation systems for applying the PIN and the cover which can be scratch-off labels or hot stamp foils. Alternatively, Cairon utilises silkscreen machines to apply the personalisation details in an offset printing method.
■Cairon utilises foil-lamination machines for collecting cards into 5, 10, 20 or 25 card batches based on forgery proof packing technology.
