Based on the product families depicted below, Cairon Group is technically capable to answer to ANY specific query when it comes to SIM Cards. The SIM Cards herewith, available in memory sizes of 32K to 256K, are fully compliant to all the relevant ISO and Industry standards. Production obeys to strict Environmental and Organisational Health and Safety rules, to conform with our relevant Group policies.
CaironSIM
The base product in the Cairon Group SIM cards portfolio is the CaironSIM product family. Fully phase 2+ compliant and conforming to ETSI GSM11.11 and GSM 11.14. The CaironSIM is the base model on which most of the other Cairon Group SIM products are built, the Operating System deployed is not tied to any specific brand or chip model.
CaironJay
This SIM card product is based on a highly efficient, in-house developed Java Card Virtual Machine. This Virtual Machine is combined with the CaironSIM Product to form a powerful Java based SIM Card. The platform allows the implementation of intelligent applications (applets) in the SIM card. The Management of these applets can be done over-the-air whilst maintaining a high level of security.
CaironSIM <Script>
The Cairon Group SIM toolkit solution, based on a highly optimised
compiler and an efficient on-card interpreter. Provides a powerful programming
environment for rapid development of efficient SIM Toolkit applications.
Due to the small footprint, applications can be loaded Over The Air (OTA) as an
alternative to loading during personalisation. The Script development kit comes
complete with compiler, IDE, desktop personalisation software and full
documentation.
CaironSIM Browser
This SIM Card is available with the SIMalliance SIM Application
Toolbox (S@T). This open browsing technology allows the user to access
applications on the internet. Cairon Group also supply a S@T Gateway for
translating messages between the S@T browser and the Internet based Application
Server.The CaironSIM Browser product is also available with the SmartTrust Wireless Internet Gateway (WIB).
CaironUSIM
The CaironUSIM product is the base platform for the Cairon Group 3G product range. In the 3G world operators need to run several applications on one card, supporting various data mediums and ensuring interoperability. The CaironUSIM portfolio is based on a multi-application operating system, on which all products can be built to the latest UICC standards. The CaironUSIM is upgradeable with an integrated Java Virtual Machine (CaironUJay) and SIM browser capabilities with the S@T Gateway technology (CaironUSIM Browser).
CaironRUIM
The Cairon Group R-UIM (Removable User Identity Module) Card provides user identity management, communication encryption and data storage for the CDMA network user. The R-UIM card provides flexibility on the CDMA network by enabling the user to move the card, and therefore the identity, to another handset. The new handset would then be able to operate on the user’s account without having to go through an activation process. The R-UIM is fully GSM compatible and allows easy roaming between CDMA and GSM Networks and offers reasonable security levels.
